Delivery Basics
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the Lower Mainland of Vancouver, including Langley, Surrey, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Richmond, New Westminster, Delta, Maple Ridge, Abbotsford, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and all communities in between. Our delivery fleet operates out of our Langley location, ensuring efficient service across the entire region.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer three delivery options:
- Free Shipping — on all orders over $1,500
- Standard Delivery ($50) — flat rate for orders under $1,500
- White Glove Delivery ($150) — full in-home placement and packaging removal, available on any order

How long does delivery take?
Most in-stock items are delivered within 2–5 days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or for custom/special-order furniture, delivery timelines may extend to 5–10 days. We'll confirm your estimated delivery window at the time of order.
Can I pick up my order in-store instead?
Absolutely! Free in-store pickup is available at our Langley location. Once your order is ready, we'll notify you by email or phone. Please bring a suitable vehicle for larger items — our team can help you load up.
Scheduling & Tracking
Can I schedule a specific delivery date?
Yes! Once your order is processed, our team will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time window that works for your schedule.
Will I be notified before delivery?
You'll receive a confirmation when your delivery is scheduled and a reminder the day before. On the day of delivery, our driver will call you approximately 30 minutes before arrival so you can be ready.
What if I'm not home during the delivery window?
Someone must be present to receive the delivery and sign for the order. If no one is available, we'll attempt to contact you by phone. A missed delivery will be rescheduled at no extra charge for the first reschedule. Subsequent reschedules may incur a $50 rebooking fee.
White Glove Service
What's included in White Glove delivery?
Our $150 White Glove delivery includes:
- In-home delivery — carried to the room of your choice
- Careful placement — positioned exactly where you want it
- Basic assembly — for items requiring simple setup (legs, shelves, etc.)
- Packaging removal — all boxes, wrapping, and packing materials taken away
- Floor protection — blankets and padding used to protect your floors and doorways
Can White Glove handle stairs and tight spaces?
Our White Glove team is experienced with stairs, elevators, and navigating tight hallways. Standard delivery to the second floor is included. For deliveries above the second floor without elevator access or for particularly challenging layouts, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly — additional charges may apply in rare cases.
Will the team remove my old furniture?
Old furniture removal is not included in our standard White Glove service. However, we can arrange removal for an additional fee on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before your delivery date and we'll do our best to accommodate the request.
Damages, Returns & Issues
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging and handling, but if damage occurs, please inspect your delivery at the time of arrival and note any visible damage with the driver. Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
📸 Pro tip: Take photos before and during unboxing. It makes the claims process much faster.
Can I return or exchange a delivered item?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. A return shipping fee will apply. Custom-order or clearance items may be final sale — these will be clearly marked at the time of purchase. Please contact our team to initiate any return or exchange.
What happens if I need to cancel my delivery?
Delivery cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled date are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact us as soon as possible to avoid any charges.
Additional Information
Do you deliver to apartments and condos?
Yes! We deliver to apartments, condos, townhouses, and houses. For condo and apartment deliveries, please check with your building management about any delivery booking requirements, elevator reservations, or loading dock access. Let us know of any special instructions when scheduling.
Do you deliver outside the Lower Mainland?
Currently, our delivery service covers only the Lower Mainland area. For customers outside this region, we recommend arranging third-party shipping or personal pickup from our Langley store. Contact us and we're happy to help coordinate.
Is there anything you can't deliver?
We can deliver virtually everything in our catalogue. However, for oversized specialty items (e.g., extra-large sectionals or commercial-quantity orders), additional logistics and charges may apply. We'll discuss any special delivery requirements with you at the time of purchase.
